NEW FLT Counterbalance Operatives – Days & Nights

Location: YO25

Pay: 12.98 – 16.93 per hour
Shifts: Days & Nights available

• Days: Mon-Thurs 8:00am – 4:30pm Fri 8:00am – 3:30pm
• Nights: Mon-Thurs 5:00pm – 1:30am Fri 4:30pm – 12:30am

We are recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to support a busy modular manufacturing operation.

This role sits within a fast-paced production environment, supporting material movement and ensuring smooth workflow across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Moving materials across production areas
• Supporting production teams with timely deliveries
• Maintaining site safety standards

Requirements (Essential):

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong awareness of health & safety
• Own PPE (Safety hat, goggles, gloves, work attire)
• Able to travel to site independently
