Are you an experienced leader in medical equipment, healthcare projects, or managed services? Do you thrive on delivering complex programmes, building high-performing teams, and working with senior NHS stakeholders?

We are looking for an ambitious Head of Implementation to lead the planning, installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of medical equipment across major healthcare contracts throughout the UK.

This is a senior leadership role where you will drive project delivery, manage client relationships, oversee budgets and KPIs, and ensure medical equipment is safely integrated into healthcare environments while maintaining compliance and protecting commercial interests.

What You Will Bring

• Significant experience managing large-scale medical equipment implementation projects
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities
• Commercial awareness and contract management experience
• The confidence to engage and influence senior NHS and healthcare stakeholders
• Knowledge of medical device technologies, regulations, and lifecycle management
