We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a new-build housing development in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor and play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-quality residential scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development.
Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress on site.
Assist with quality inspections and snagging.
Help maintain programme deadlines and site records.
Promote and enforce health & safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager on new-build residential developments.
SMSTS certificate.
CSCS card.
First Aid at Work certificate.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive approach with a keen eye for quality and detail.
