Multi-Trade Operative

Edinburgh

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join my clients team, working on a long-term Local Authority contract in and around the Edinburgh area.

The Role:

• Carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works on occupied and void properties.
• Completing jobs across multiple trades, including basic joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating, and general repairs.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative.
• Competent across a range of trades with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in domestic maintenance or social housing is desirable.
• Own transport and tools essential.
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage a varied workload.
