Site Foreman – Retail Fit Out

Location: Carlisle

Duration: 4 Weeks

Rate: £220 per day

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join a specialist retail fit-out contractor on a fast-track refurbishment project for Burger King in Carlisle.

The project is already underway, with approximately 4 weeks remaining. The build has reached the end of the first fix stage and is now progressing through the internal fit-out phase.

Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Liaise with the site team and project management.
• Ensure quality workmanship throughout the internal fit-out.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing retail fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• SMSTS certificate (essential).
• First Aid qualification (essential).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Available to start immediately.
