We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the successful delivery of projects valued between 250,000 and 1 million across South Wales, South West England, and the M4 Corridor. In this role, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations on water infrastructure and environmental projects.
Prepare and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
Plan, manage, and monitor project programmes and schedules.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and company procedures.
Complete all associated site administration and reporting.
Procure and manage materials.
Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
SMSTS certification.
First Aid at Work qualification.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Previous experience managing civil engineering, water infrastructure, or environmental projects.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
