The role

Hard Hat Recruitment is looking for an experienced Plumber / Mechanical Pipefitter to join a busy commercial team on projects in Guildford, Newbury, Southampton and Portsmouth with lots more work in the pipeline.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable, self-motivated tradesperson looking for a route to a permanent position.

What you’ll be doing:

Commercial plumbing and mechanical pipework, including:

– First fix and second fix
– Copper pipework and press-fit
– Above-ground drainage
– Heating pipework
– General plumbing works

You’ll often be working on your own initiative, so we’re after someone who can be trusted to crack on and produce neat, high-quality work to a good standard.

What we’re looking for

– Solid experience in commercial plumbing / mechanical pipework
– CSCS card (essential)
– Your own van / transport and your own tools
– Ability to work neatly and to a high standard
– Able to work independently and use your own initiative at times
– Good timekeeping and communication

Please note: Gas Safe is not required for this role.
