Architectural Technician

Location: Flintshire

Salary: £30-40,000

I am working with a well established, multidisciplinary practice to find an Architectural Technician to join their team in Flintshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established multidisciplinary developer offering a broad range of expertise within the residential sector.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Prepare and submit planning applications, drawings, and associated documentation
• Develop initial planning proposals through to detailed construction drawings
• Attend site visits and ensure projects meet the required technical standards
• Prepare technical specifications, tender packages, and detailed working drawing packages

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology
• Previous post-qualification experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience working on residential projects and managing projects through the various stages
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Based within a commutable distance of Flintshire
