Are you a skilled Joiner looking for a secure, long-term position with a well-established housing maintenance contractor?We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working across domestic properties in the Milton Keynes area. This is a permanent opportunity offering a consistent workload, excellent benefits, and the chance to work within the social housing sector.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs and installations within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with customer expectations.

Typical duties include:

• Repairing and installing doors, frames, skirting, flooring and internal fittings
• Kitchen repairs and installations
• Completing planned and reactive maintenance work
• Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology
• Working closely with supervisors and scheduling teams
• Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents’ homes

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as a Joiner within domestic maintenance, repairs or social housing
• Full UK driving licence
