Our client is a developer undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to project lead a mixed use residential scheme in North West London.

The project consists of 350 units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value 80m.

The position will report into the Construction Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading mixed use residential developments in excess of 80m. They’re also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, preconstruction and delivery. It is essential you have previously worked for a well known developer or contractor.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 110k – 120k + full package & bonus.
