Our client is currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing kitchen replacement scheme. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied social housing properties.

Your new role

• First and second fix plumbing on kitchen replacement projects
• Disconnecting and reconnecting sinks, taps, pipework and appliances
• Installing and replacing hot and cold water services
• Carrying out remedial plumbing works where required
• Working alongside kitchen fitters and other trades on site
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within programme deadlines
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Maintaining a clean and professional work environment in tenanted properties

What you’ll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Valid CSCS Card (preferred)
• Previous experience working within social housing or domestic refurbishment projects
• Full UK Driving Licence
