About this role

Thisambitious design studio, founded on a social and progressive intent, is looking for an experienced Senior Architectwith strong healthcare experience to lead their healthcare work and oversee technical aspects of the practice. The right candidate will take over and lead the delivery of these complex healthcare projects and have experience managing all the technical intricacies that they bring. A great opportunity to grow with the company and make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring they comply with all technical and industrystandards and regulations.
• Support the wider practice and mentor all teams in technical and delivery issues for other non-healthcare projects, incl. sustainable detailing.
• Lead the studio’s technical development in architectural knowledge and digital systems.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Production of information in Autocad/Revit.
• To strive for design excellence, continuing to develop the company’saesthetic.
• Bring charisma and drive to this fun and social team.

Skills and Experience

• Fully qualified ARB/Part IIIarchitect.
• Healthcare technical delivery experience essential and overseeing multiple projects.
• Experience with quality assurance (ISO), specifications and schedules.
• Experience with project profitability management andchange control.
• Good working knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Bio: Tom has been a qualified architect since 2015, having studied at the University of Lincoln, CASS School of Architecture (London Met) and Cardiff University. His architectural career spans over 13 years, gaining experience working at a number of well-renowned practices including Wright & Wright Architects, Eric Parry Architects, Witherford Watson Mann, and more recently DEDRAFT, where he worked on private residential projects. During this time, he gained valuable experience which he is able to bring to his role at Bespoke, where he started in August 2023.
