We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Agent to join our clients team, supporting the successful delivery of a major civil engineering project based in Suffolk. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of works on site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate site activities to ensure effective project delivery.
• Monitor and direct project execution, ensuring compliance with programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure works are completed in line with agreed schedules and expectations.
• Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across all site operations.
• Prepare and manage Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and safe systems of work.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by project and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge and proven project management capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Sound understanding of CDM Regulations and their practical application.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental management in a construction environment.
