A leading mechanical services contractor is looking for experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join their growing team with one position available in each location: London, Reading, and Oxford.
You’ll be overseeing mechanical installation works across a range of commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and programme delivery on site.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure installations meet project specifications and H&S requirements.
• Liaise with Project Managers and site teams to maintain progress and quality.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and quality checks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS required.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with good communication skills.
