Working Site Supervisor Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Working Site Supervisor to support a live construction project in Oxford. This is a hands-on role, combining site supervision with practical involvement around site where required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining site standards, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring site is locked up at the end of each day.

Hours 8:00am – 6:00pm

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of site activities
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
• Carrying out toolbox talks and site inductions
• Assisting with hands-on site work as required

Essential requirements

• Valid SSSTS certification
• Valid First Aid at Work certification
• Proven experience as a Working Site Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

Desirable

• Additional site safety qualifications
• Experience across multiple construction sectors
