Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Electrician to begin work within Social Housing for a well-established contractor.

About the Role:

You will be carrying out electrical works across occupied social housing properties, working to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance.

Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday Friday
Location: Site-based
Start: ASAP

What s Provided:

• Company van provided (home-to-business use only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works in social housing properties
• Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and health & safety standards
• Work professionally and respectfully within tenants homes
• Accurately complete paperwork and job records
• Liaise with supervisors and report any additional works required

About You:

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• 18th Edition qualification
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• Proof of qualifications prior to starting
• Valid DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Strong fault-finding and installation experience
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
