Our client, a tier 1 contractor within the highways sector, is on the lookout for an experienced 360 Operator to join their team in Birmingham on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone with skills in water blue collar and a background in the highways industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating 360-degree excavators efficiently and safely
• Performing regular maintenance checks and ensuring the equipment is in good working order
• Adhering to site safety regulations and protocols
• Supporting the site team with various tasks as needed
• Coordinating with other site workers to ensure smooth project progression
• Completing required documentation accurately

Job Requirements:

• CSCS card
• NPORS-Dumper certification
• Experience in operating 360-degree excavators on highways projects
• Understanding of water blue collar work within the construction sector
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Proactive and diligent work ethic
