lapd architects are looking for an Architect

Growing practice looking for a UK trained Architect with opportunity to progress to Associate level. The role will provide experience across all RIBA work stages and an opportunity to develop your skills.

LAPD Architects is an award-winning practice with a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects in the Oxfordshire countryside.

Role & Responsibilities

• Realise good design through good production information using AutoCAD/Sketchup/Revit
• Lead projects from concept and planning through to completion
• Manage and take responsibility for the quality of your work with limited input from management team
• Take the lead on projects and manage project teams as appropriate
• Be a team player able to contribute to the practice’s success

Ideal Required Skills & Experience

• UK based and UK qualifications essential
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients/staff and multi-disciplinary team
• Registered with the Architect’s Registration Board
• Previous experience in residential, high-end residential and small developer experience
• Experience working across all RIBA stages
• understanding of building regulations and their application

Salary in line with RIBA pay scales
