Salary: £34,000 – £42,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning design services to the healthcare sector. They are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team in their Chorley studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Experience working on projects within the healthcare sector is desirable
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to Chorley
