As an Architectural Technician, you will play a vital role in my clients mission to address the UK’s housing crisis by creating beautiful, energy-efficient spaces that enhance the lives of their inhabitants. Performance Objectives

• Collaborate with design architects to deliver detailed plans and elevations that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards within project timelines.
• Develop and refine construction drawings and technical documentation to ensure seamless integration from blueprint to build.
• Utilize advanced software tools to create 3D models and simulations that support innovative, cost-effective building solutions with a focus on sustainability.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align architectural designs with project goals and client expectations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with approved designs and building codes.
• Research and propose new materials and methods to enhance energy efficiency and structural integrity in our homes.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations to communicate design concepts and construction solutions to stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
