Commercial Manager (MEP) – Major Infrastructure Project (London)

We’re excited to be partnering with a leading organisation on a landmark infrastructure project, and we’re currently looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the MEP package.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile scheme, working within a dynamic and forward-thinking project team.

The Role:

• Lead all commercial aspects of the MEP package
• Manage contracts, procurement, and cost control
• Provide strategic commercial guidance across the project lifecycle
• Work closely with project delivery teams and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role within MEP or major infrastructure projects
• Strong contractual knowledge (NEC/JCT or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
