My client, a house builder, are looking to recruit a Customer Care Operative. Reporting to the Customer Service team you will be providing customers with an efficient, accurate and high-level quality service and have knowledge of the house building process.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Carrying out joinery / making good remedial work
Reporting and correcting minor faults
Effectively representing the brand when working in customer homes, ensuring customers are happy with repairs carried out
Regularly communicating and collaborating with the office team, contractors and suppliers
Keeping admin up to date / effectively utilising appropriate IT and CRM systems
Identifying and highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role providing customers with an efficient, accurate and high-level quality service and have knowledge of the house building process.
Key Skills
Ideally you will have a building trade background
Comfortable working at height, and using ladders safely
Excellent communication skills are essential
Ability to work efficiently and effectively while unsupervised
You will have access to a company van so having a full UK driving license will be essential.
