Junior Electrical Design Engineer Full Time

The role of the Junior Design Engineer is to provide design assistance and administrative engineering support to design projects. The Engineer will work to the relevant IDNO and DNO specifications at all voltage levels and in accordance with the clients requirements with support from Senior Design Engineers.

Main Responsibilities Include

• Understand project requirements and concepts.
• Take on design tasks (e.g. Design amendments, cable route changes, engineering report changes)
• To produce LV & HV designs ready for submission for IDNO/DNO approval under supervision from Senior members of staff.
• To ensure compliance with design policies; ENA documents and regulatory documents.
• To identify all H&S issues at design stage.
• To produce schematic diagrams from basic philosophy and engineers sketches under support from other Design Engineers.
• Assist with technical issues and support Design Engineers reviewing solutions with the client.
• Produce legal plans and instructions with support from Design Engineers.
• Support senior management to maximise income and profit.
• Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures.

Salary for this position is up for negotiation depending on previous experience, This position is remote working.
