Junior Estimator -Fitout

CSR are working with a leading fitout contractor in Greater Belfast recruiting for a Junior Estimator.

The company has established themselves as a major player in the fit out sector and has built a portfolio across hospitality, retail and tourist sectors. They have secured and retained clients including many Blue-Chip companies as well as successful independent Businesses.

The Role

Due to a substantial period of growth and expansion. the company requires a Junior Estimator.

Responsibilities to include:

• Preparing and issuing tender packages.
• Preparing work schedules / take offs.
• Reviewing and evaluating cost estimates.
• Ensuring timely completion of estimates.
• Preparing cost analysis.
• Establishing and maintaining working relationships with supply chain.

Requirements:

• 3 rd Level Qualification in a relevant Construction Discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within main contracting or fitout

A competitive salary & remuneration package will be tailored to the successful Building/ Fitout Estimator to include hybrid working.
