Job Title: 10 x Multi Plumber/Carpenter roles available – Social Housing – Brent – 23.90 per hour (Umbrella)

Location: Brent, London (covering Wembley, Harlesden, Kilburn, Willesden, Neasden, Cricklewood and surrounding areas)

Pay: 23.90 per hour (Umbrella) / OR 20.59 per hour PAYE (includes holiday pay)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hrs per week)
Contract: Temp to perm – roles will lead to permanent for right candidates

The Role
We’re recruiting experienced Multi Traders (Plumber/Carpenter) for a new contract covering social housing maintenance across Brent. You’ll be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in both occupied and void properties.

You don’t need to be skilled in every trade – but you should have a strong background in plumbing or carpentry, with some additional multi-trade skills an advantage.

Key Duties

• Plumbing and/or carpentry repairs in domestic social housing

• Installing, repairing and maintaining kitchens, bathrooms, doors and fittings

• Diagnosing and resolving minor maintenance issues quickly

• Basic tiling, patch plastering, or decorating (preferred but not essential)

• Using PDA/handheld device to log and close jobs

• Providing excellent tenant service when working in homes

  What You’ll Need

  • Full UK manual driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
