Job Title: Multi-Trader – Social Housing Adaptations
Location: Retford / Worksop
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (with potential for long-term work)

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a social housing adaptations project in Retford. This role involves carrying out a range of maintenance and adaptation works within void properties, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out multi-trade works including (but not limited to) carpentry, plastering, tiling, and general repairs
• Complete social housing void properties – Kitchen & Bathrooms
• Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining professionalism and respect for tenants
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures on site

Requirements (Essential):

• Valid CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP)
• Own vehicle / Tools
• Qualification or apprenticeship in a primary trade OR NVQ Diploma

• Immediate start
• Competitive rates (dependent on experience)
