This is a key senior leadership position within the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director; leading responsibility for the strategy and successful delivery of projects across the company.

Day-to-day, you will take the lead in ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full and profitably, while maintaining exceptional standards of customer experience and operational performance.

Perhaps you are already operating at Head of Operations, Operations Manager or Senior Project Management level and are looking for a role where you can genuinely influence the direction and performance of a growing business.

If you have experience leading operational teams within a technical construction, manufacturing, project delivery or similar environment, this could be the opportunity you are seeking!

In this position, you will take responsibility for:

• Overseeing cross-departmental teams – line management to 4x team leaders
• Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed deadlines, quality standards, compliantly and at cost objectives
• Managing commercial performance including building and delivering strategy around profitability, cost management and cashflow management
• Building, mentoring and managing high-performing operational and Project Management teams
• Identifying risks and opportunities, including potential snagging issues or bottle-necks, proactively driving process/system improvement
• Supporting teams with technical construction challenges and complex project delivery issues
• Ensuring customers receive regular project updates and key accounts receive exceptional service
• Working alongside Finance team for overseeing forecasts, margins, expenditure spend and other KPIs
