Our client are a leading Builders Merchant providing a mixture of building supplies to contractors, house builders, housing associations, and end users.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join one of their branches in the North London area.
This role is working in tandem with the Branch Sales Manager to run the branch and both roles are on equal footing. The Operations Manager will focus on all the operational aspects of running the branch leaving the Sales Manager to focus on the customer journey and sales processes. This role would suit someone who is currently an Assistant Branch Manager at a Builders Merchants who is looking to make their next step up into the management chain.
Due to the nature of the sector, experience selling building materials to customers is essential, whether this be from a Builders Merchant, Retail Building Supplies company such as a big box DIY company, or very similar construction supplies merchant such as roofing supplies or drainage supplies companies.
Our client are offering the following:
Basic Salary of up to c 50k depending on experience
