About role
As a Pre-work Coordinator with expertise in the UK’s leading infrastructure services, construction, and property development companies, you will collaborate with our client’s department. You will be responsible for coordinator role. Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team, below are the job details for your reference: You can also ask our friendly recruitment team for any questions you may have about the role, between 08.00am till 04.00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Job Description:
Previous highways, utilities, street works, construction or maintenance planning experience
Understanding of street works/network coordination
Experience with permits to work, traffic management or street works noticing
Preferred Experience using One. Network or similar street works/network management systems
Experience scheduling field-based gangs/operatives
Experience working with contractual priorities, SLA’s or completion deadlines
Local knowledge of Birmingham/West Midlands would be useful but shouldn’t be essential
Comfortable managing a high volume of jobs/tasks and working to deadlines
Good Excel and general Microsoft Office Skills
Confident using different IT systems and able to learn new systems quickly
Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
Able to review job information and identify missing information or potential issues
Confident communicating with operational teams and escalating issues when required
Able to work independently once trained and follow established planning processes
Comfortable working in a fast -paced environment where priorities can change

Rate: Umbrella PAYE: £17.93/Hr hourlyPAYE: £13.45 basic/£15.47/Hr premium

Contract Length: initially 3 months (potential of extension)
Work timings: 6:30 or 7:00am start40 Hours per week
