My client is looking for a Senior BIM Manager.

Location: Ideally within 50 miles
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 + benefits

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Manager to lead a digital team on a Tier 1 highways project This is a leadership position that requires a proactive individual who is comfortable taking ownership, working closely with the client, and ensuring the successful delivery of BIM processes throughout the project.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in BIM delivery, capable of managing a team, and experienced in working within a Tier 1 contracting environment. While highways experience is preferred the client is open to professionals with strong transferable skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the digital team and serve as the primary point of contact with the client.
• Oversee and manage BIM processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and drive best practices across the project team.
• Support the successful delivery of digital construction strategies from project initiation through to completion.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior BIM Manager or BIM Manager in a construction or infrastructure setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive project success.
• Comfortable taking accountability and leading project delivery.
• Experience in highways or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• A strategic mindset, with an interest in supporting long-term business expansion and scalability.

Package & Benefits

• Senior BIM Manager: £75,000 – £92,000 per annum.
• Additional benefits include company car/car allowance/ Health Care/ Pension/ Holidays etc.
