Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next long-term contract opportunity on a major civil engineering project in the South West?
Our client, a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team on a high-profile infrastructure project in South Devon.
The Role Commercial management of a major civil engineering project
NEC contract administration
Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) & forecasting
Procurement & subcontract management
Compensation Events & change control
Commercial reporting & final accounts
Working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximise project performance
What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
Experience delivering major infrastructure or highways projects
Excellent commercial reporting, forecasting and cost management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
