Site Manager Job In Leeds: 8-10 weeks work, Warehouse Refurbishment Project – Immediate Start

The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a refurbishment project in Leeds on behalf of a well-established repairs and maintenance contractor.This is a short-term contract (8-10 weeks) with the strong possibility of further work for the right candidate.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a strip-out and refurbishment project, taking the building back to brick and overseeing the early-stage rebuild works.Key duties include:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to programme
• Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
• Coordinating strip-out activities and structural preparation
• Liaising with the client and internal teams
• Maintaining site records and reporting progress

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on refurbishment or strip-out projects
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to manage trades effectively and keep projects on schedule
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
