We are seeking a site manager with experience in refurbishment projects for a new role in Newton Abbot.

You will be working on an existing project for 6-7 months completing refurbishment of existing buildings.

The job

• Managing subcontractors on the project
• Working with existing site teams to support ongoing works
• Maintaining health and safety

What’s needed from you?

• SMSTS
• CSCS (Gold or Black)
• First Aid at work
• Experience and knowledge of refurbishment works
