East London

250 – 375 per day + Overtime rates available + Long-Term Pipeline of Projects Excellent Earning Potential

I’m currently representing a specialist contractor with a strong presence in the fa ade remediation and external envelope sector. With a significant value of secured work and a healthy project pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term job security and progression.

The Project

• Live hospital environment in East London
• Removal of existing render and cladding systems
• Installation of new cladding and external envelope packages
• Approximately 7 month program with further projects to follow
• Can have an immediate start for the right candidate
• Further projects secured and upcoming across London and the South East

The Experience You’ll Need

• Previous experience managing cladding, fa ade, remediation or external envelope projects
• Ideally experience working within hospital, healthcare, NHS or other live environments
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• Ability to drive programme, quality and health & safety standards
• Confident communicator capable of managing stakeholders on occupied sites
• CISRS Scaffold Inspection, PASMA or Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor qualifications advantageous

Essential Qualifications

• SMSTS
• CSCS (Black or Gold)
• First Aid at Work
