We are seeking a skilled Sprinkler Service Engineer to carry out planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of fire suppression systems at customer sites. You will ensure all systems are fully operational and compliant, delivering high standards of service and documentation. This position is covering the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
Attend scheduled service visits and complete maintenance, testing, and repairs
Diagnose faults and carry out corrective work efficiently and safely
Complete all job documentation accurately (digital or paper-based)
Participate in call-out rota and respond promptly when required
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and company-issued equipment
Support stock control and responsible purchasing where required
Requirements
Experience in fire suppression / sprinkler / water mist systems (or similar field service role)
Strong fault-finding and technical skills
Electrical qualification (Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)
Good customer-facing and communication skills
Comfortable using mobile devices (tablets/smartphones)
Full UK driving licence
