We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team on a long term project in Wareham!

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing site traffic safely and efficiently.
• Managing deliveries and vehicle movements on and around site.
• Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle segregation is maintained.
• Supporting site management with logistics coordination.
• Conducting daily checks and maintaining safe access routes.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman Certificate.
• CSCS Card (preferred).
• Previous experience working on construction sites.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach.
• PPE required.
