About the Role

We are currently seeking two hard-working and reliable CSCS Labourers for an immediate start on a new build housing development in Nuneaton.

These are general site labouring positions focused on keeping the site running smoothly, safe, and clean.

Key Responsibilities

• General site clearance, cleaning, and keeping work areas tidy.

• Heavy manual handling, including moving materials and loading skips.

• Assisting trade teams and site management with daily operational duties.

• Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering strictly to site health and safety rules.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential).

• Full PPE (Safety Boots, High-Vis, Hard Hat).

• Desirable – previous experience on a new build housing site.

• Strong work ethic, physical fitness for manual lifting, and strict reliability.

• Right-to-work documentation.
