Materials and Plant Procurement across sites

Company:
A well recognised Groundworks and Civil Engineering contracting business requires a Buyer or a Senior Buyer to join the team and take on the duties surrounding the Buyer role for the companies construction sites.

Materials and Plant:
The buyer will be fully responsible for material price negotiation
Setting up supply chains with new suppliers
Organising long term deals
Planning project procurement strategy
Overseeing stock usage on sites
Communicating with site teams
Also, dealing with small and large plant procurement
Buying: Rebar and drainage, Concrete, aggregates, and muck away and blacktop, Steel Works, etc

Salary and package to suit. But circa 60k – 75k depending on experience
