Installation Electricians (Permanent)

Location: Based in Shropshire(Travel to Sites Required)

We’re currently looking for 2-3 qualified Installation Electricians to join a growing engineering team delivering installation, maintenance and upgrade projects across the UK water industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for electricians with experience in the water sector or other heavy industrial environments who are looking for a permanent position with excellent earning potential through paid travel and overtime.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced installation team, you’ll be involved in a variety of electrical installation and maintenance works, including:

• Industrial electrical installations on customer sites
• Installation of containment systems and site cabling
• Wiring and installation of control panels
• Installation, maintenance and replacement of pumps and associated equipment
• Fault finding, testing and electrical maintenance
• Working safely on live water and industrial engineering projects

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• ECS Gold Card (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience within the water industry or a heavy industrial engineering environment
• Ability to work away from the depot and travel to sites when required
