Our client, a leading provider in the construction industry based in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team.
Supporting 2 busy Managing Directors, you will be a key influencer across the team delivering the highest service with Laser focus on helping the business to achieve its full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support.
Pro-active diary management.
Preparing the weekly schedule for the Managing Directors.
Arranging all travel and logistical arrangements to and from meetings, including occasional overseas travel.
Arranging internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms, catering arrangements, restaurants, and hotels as required.
Expense management.
Monthly PowerPoint presentations for the Board and group meetings.
Supporting project administration and coordination activities when required.
Attending high-level meetings and keeping track of all actionable items
Clear and accurate minute taking.
Event management for the Managing Directors.
Completing Level 3 Getting Things Done accreditation and supporting the Directors in achievement of this.
About you
You will have:
Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Worked as an Executive Assistant supporting at Board or Senior Management level, preferably within a large business.
A strong, confident and clear communication style, comfortable dealing with all levels.
Excellent IT, time management and organisational skills.
Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident, and ‘can-do’ attitude.
This role requires onsite working with the potential of one day a week from home.
