Salary: £39,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Are you a Fabric Technician looking for a new opportunity within a prestigious corporate environment?

We are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a leading FM service provider, working within a state-of-the-art corporate office building in Paddington.

The Role
You will work as part of an established on-site maintenance team, carrying out a range of fabric maintenance and general building services duties to ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests
• General fabric and handyman duties across the building
• Minor repairs and general building maintenance
• Identifying and reporting any defects or issues
• Supporting the wider maintenance team where required
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a Fabric Technician, Handyman or similar role
• Good knowledge of general building/fabric maintenance
• Experience within a commercial or facilities management environment
• A proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving
• Good communication and customer service skills
