Mechanical Project Manager – Heathrow Airport

450 per day Outside IR35

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a Tier 1 M&E contractor delivering a range of commercial and industrial projects at Heathrow Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects within one of the UK’s busiest and most complex environments, with project values reaching up to 10 million M&E.

Key requirements:

Mechanical Project Management experience within the building services sector
Experience delivering commercial and/or industrial projects
Experience managing M&E projects valued up to 10 million
Strong programme and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage projects from site mobilisation through to handover
Previous airport experience is advantageous but not essential

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of mechanical packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Location: Heathrow Airport
Rate: 450 per day
Contract: Outside IR35
Project Values: Up to 10 million M&E
Duration: Long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of work
