Pay: £18 – £19 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Duration: 8 Months

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced NRSWA Gateman to join a busy construction project in Bexhill. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure 8 months of work with an established contractor on a long-term project.

Gateman Duties:

• Controlling access to and from the construction site.
• Checking in visitors, deliveries and contractors.
• Maintaining accurate site access records.
• Ensuring only authorised personnel enter the site.
• Assisting with the safe movement of vehicles entering and leaving the site.
• Supporting the site team with maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with site health and safety procedures.
• Working around street works and highway operations in line with NRSWA requirements.

Gateman Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential).
• Valid NRSWA qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working as a Gateman on construction or highway projects.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Full PPE.
