We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on a student accommodation repairs and maintenance contract located just outside Loughborough.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for immediate work, with a project expected to last for approximately 2 weeks.

The Role:

• Internal painting and decorating works
• Repairs and maintenance within occupied and void student accommodation
• Making good and preparing surfaces
• Ensuring a high standard of finish at all times

Requirements:

• Previous painting and decorating experience
• Own tools and transport preferred
• Ability to work independently and to deadlines
• Reliable and available for an immediate start

What’s on Offer?

• Up to £24.00 per hour
