This is a brilliant role for a creative, ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant who wants hands-on experience across all project stages and support while working towards RIBA Part 3.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce design drawings and technical details for residential, commercial and rural projects.
• Develop concepts, prepare planning submissions and support construction stages.
• Collaborate with senior architects, consultants and clients.
• Contribute to 3D visualisations, presentations and client-facing materials.
• Maintain accurate CAD files and project documentation

Essential requirements:

• RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• Minimum one year s experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong design flair and technical detailing skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Willingness and ability to travel to sites and meetings.
• Portfolio demonstrating design and technical work.

Desirable skills:

• Experience with ArchiCAD and Twinmotion is highly desirable but not essential.
• Interest in sustainable design and planning-led projects.

• Salary: £30k £36k (competitive, dependent on experience).
