We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contract covering properties throughout Bolton.This is a temporary role offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.
Your new role

• Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers
• Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults
• Working on hot and cold water systems
• Completing bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within target times
• Working in occupied and void domestic properties
• Maintaining excellent customer service when dealing with tenants

What you’ll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
• Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
• Full UK Driving Licence
