We are recruiting for a Project Management Business Partner on contract to work for a leading Aviation organisation based close to Chester.
Role Description: Support to Project Lead & Multi-Functional Project Teams to deliver projects in accordance with internal requirements and compliance to clients procedures.
Definition and Set up of Project Governance across the business
Partner to Project Lead with regard to Project Management, PM-Consulting &-Coaching
Liaising with clients, architects and other design team members.
Set up and maintain a regular reporting, Stakeholder Management
Support to Budget Management & – follow up
Project management of suitable projects
Supports the PL in Monitoring/Audit/Validate progress of Professional Service Work Packages, and works on site and observance of technical compliance and H&S matters
Skills & Attributes
Ability to lead, motivate and manage a Multi-Functional Project Team (MFT); including external professional staff, ie contract managers, QS and other stakeholders
Previous experience ideally within Project Management as in a senior PM role
Experience in Capital Investment, Construction Project management, and project delivery is beneficial.
Previous experience of Building & Construction Project Management
Different activities including – risk management, budget management, scheduling, contract management
