Our client is a leading Tier 1 principal contractor specialising in high-end commercial office fit-out projects across Central London. Renowned for delivering exceptional CAT A and CAT B schemes, they work with some of the UK’s most prestigious developers, landlords, and corporate occupiers on projects ranging from 5m to 50m.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their established delivery team.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to practical completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects across Central London.
• Lead projects from mobilisation through to completion and client handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage project programmes, procurement schedules, and construction activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify project risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with commercial and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver projects to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or leading fit-out contractor.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality projects.
