The Project Manager will deliver smaller projects with guidance from senior colleagues and assist directors with larger, more complex schemes. The successful Project Manager will gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, strengthen their client-facing experience and receive structured support towards RICS chartership. The consultancy recently supported another Project Manager through chartership, demonstrating its commitment to professional development.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager’s role
The Project Manager will manage commercial and hotel projects from initial briefing through to completion. Responsibilities will include preparing programmes, coordinating design teams, managing project documentation and monitoring progress against agreed cost, quality and time objectives.
The Project Manager will attend and chair meetings, maintain risk and action registers, support procurement processes and provide clear updates to clients. On larger schemes, the Project Manager will work closely with directors, helping to coordinate consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
