Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure

Birmingham, West Midlands

£70,000- £80,000 Per Annum + Package

Join a leading team delivering the West Midlands section of HS2 – Britain’s new high-speed railway. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of large-scale civil engineering projects, including bridges, tunnels, and viaducts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial tasks and processes with autonomy.
• Protect commercial position through strong contractual knowledge.
• Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
• Prepare and evaluate subcontract tenders accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
• NEC contract experience.
• Background in large infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
• Professional membership (RICS, ICES, CIOB).
